The idea of these is great all around, rather than having earbuds as the adjuster for the hood....why not put speakers/on ear headphones in a hoodie!? Well like usual Skullcandy has another great product right here, the bass on these things are amazing!! Whether your music has highs or lows, these things deliver. They're loud when you want them to be, they're quiet when you need them to be, its the Skullcandy Home Brew Kit. I'm going to go rock mine out now, bye!

I was very impressed by these headphones. Going from Hesh to G.I is slightly different though......Hesh have more bass, but the leather pads wear quicker and aren't as durable these babies. But on the G.Is not having alot of bass is ok......because the DJ articulation, Skullcandy bottle opener, the in-line mic, and the jack adapter. Make up for that.

Fisticuffs with the boss could potentially be confused by some at the office as a sign of insubordination. Vigorous dancing on his desk with exotic facial contortions and frequent airborne double-bird fist pumping hand gestures while wearing Hesh headphones is probably a more diplomatic way of saying, "Leave me alone so I can rock again."

i've heard people saying that they are a professional DJ headphones and i'm not a DJ so i don't know what to :/ should i buy them?
These can be used for DJ-ing but you don't have to be a DJ to use them......from one DJ to a headphone lover...you don't have to be a DJ to have SK Pros......

I'm a 14 yr old teenager who loves listening to music and i like lots of music with bass.... How is the bass quality with these?

They have 50mm drivers....the bass is thumpin.....crazy thumpin.....if you want bass...buy these...beats have very little bass

Is this dock a charger also or just speaker
As long as the pipe is plugged into the wall(it is also portable and can be used with 4 AAA batteries) it will charge your device.........if its not plugged in it will still play...just not charge

G.Is are actually very comfortable, obviously since they're over the ear headphones they'll make your ears warm....but they are quite comfortable

Do the GI headphone's in-line mic/controls work with android phones?
Do the answer, forward/back buttons on the inline controls work with android phones or only with Apple Products?
The in-line mic does in fact work with Android phones. As long as there's a headphone output that fits the standard headphone jack

what is the quality of the bass sound?
"The bass on the G.Is is pretty good" my ears say.
But then again going from hesh(bass cannons) to G.Is is very different(Bass wise) if you're looking for bass purchase Hesh

Yes, the G.Is have a nylon braided cable. I am pretty sure all of the varieties of the G.Is have a nylon braided cable.

Do your over the ear head phones use genuine leather?
not just this specific head phone type but all over ear head phones
No, Skullcandy's over ear headphones don't use leather.......its a synthetic leather. Really comfy though......really really comfy....
